We published a paper on deepwater 3-D gravity modeling and geostatistics in the Sept. 2004 issue of The Leading Edge: Geostatistical Integration of Gravity, Velocities and Log Data and then presented a talk based on this paper at a workshop at the Austrailan Earth Sciences Convention (Australian SEG)on July 1, 2006. In 2007 we generated a 30 BCFG prospect in South Texas and helped the client secure drilling partners. The well tested at over 4 million cubic feet of gas per day and is producing now.

In the second quarter of 2008 we completed an integrated study using well logs and pre-stack 3-D seismic data to form a series of AVO and inversion displays for use by a client oil company. This Mid-Continent area is a very challenging Type 1 AVO regime that does not obey the standard rules of thumb used in the Texas gulf coast. Early drilling results are very promising.
